Allen Belluccio
Born in West Palm Beach Allen has spent his entire life in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Biography
His parents were longtime residents and educators in the Palm Beach County School System with his father serving a term on the Palm Beach County School Board from1984-1988.
During high school Allen excelled at speech and debate resulting in him winning many awards at both the national and local levels. His finest achievement in that regard came at the end of his high school tenure in 1987 when Allen received the prestigious Palm Beach Post Pathfinder Award in Forensics (speech & debate) just prior to his graduation. Allen then went on to attend Florida Atlantic University and Florida State University where he made the dean’s and president’s lists for achieving straight A’s in his courses from his sophomore through senior years of college. After being awarded his undergraduate degree in Political Science with Honors from Florida State University in 1991 Allen went on to attend the Florida State University College of Law where he graduated with Honors in 1994. During his Law School tenure, Allen was named Executive Editor for the Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law and also served as a Justice on the Florida State Student Supreme Court.
After graduating from Law School in 1994 Allen served Palm Beach County and gained valuable courtroom and trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender. In 1999, Allen founded the firm of Belluccio & Weinberg where he practiced primarily in the areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal law. After focusing the majority of his practice in the personal injury realm, Allen succeeded in joining his longtime friends Scott Keller and John Caracuzzo at Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio in August of 2004.
Allen presently practices exclusively in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury law with the majority of his cases consisting of auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and negligent security matters.
Allen is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.
